The Exfoliator III was developed by a man in Myrtle Beach SC with back problems and callused skin on his heels. How and why did he invent the Exfoliator III? In his words...
“I am a male with lower back problems and a bad case of dry callused skin on the heels of my feet. I tried all the ways given to the pedicure industry to help file my dry, hard, yellowish dead skin from my heels. Bending over began to create more back troubles and pain. My feet needed attention.
“One day as I sat by my pool, my feet were already soaked and tender from being in the water. I sat in a chair and rubbed my feet over the concrete and I saw my skin on the concrete and it had not hurt to do that. I realized my back didn’t hurt from the process either (I hadn’t had to bend over). This is how the concept began of the ‘hands-free exfoliator’.”
About the Exfoliator III
- Place on floor - totally hands free - no bending over
- Molded plastic platform (either white or black)
- 3 coarseness grades of abrasive strips adhere to 3 sites on the platform
- Removable center “hump” for use on elbows, knees, hands, nails or any specific problem spots
- Clean with soap and water (both platform and pads)
- Replaceable pads

NOTE: for the most effective use, soak your feet for several minutes in warm water to which you may want to add a mild, moisturizing liquid soap.
- Place Exfoliator III on floor and position it to your comfort and ease of use. If working on your heels or feet you will want to hold the Exfoliator III steady with the other foot.
- Use Position 1 (the hump) abrasive, which is the most coarse, to remove the majority of dry and callused skin.
- Move to Position 2 on the Exfoliator III to further smooth your heels. This pad removes any minor imperfections that Position 1 did not smooth out.
- Position 3 (final) is a buffer pad. You can use this pad on nails or toes and other sensitive areas (by using a Pad #333 on the removable hump)
- Finish your Exfoliator III session with a good soothing foot cream such as Héliabrine Crème relaxante anti-fatigue (anti-fatigue relaxing foot cream)
- Clean the Exfoliator III and the pads with mild soap and water; dry with a towel or drip dry.
The “hump” may be difficult to remove the first time—pry up from each corner. To make it easier to remove the “hump” next time rub a bit of baby oil or cooking oil on the hook/loops.
 | | |
| Use the Exfoliator III “hump” on fingernails and hand calluses | Use the Exfoliator III “hump” on elbows | Use the Exfoliator III “hump” on knees |
Remember to always remove the pads and clean them and the Exfoliator III with mild warm soapy water. Dry with clean towel or drip dry. For sanitary reasons do not share your Exfoliator III and/or pads with family or friends.
Replace pads as needed.
The Exfoliator III has been tested to be safe to the skin an endorsed by a licensed physician.

The Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal helps with balance and better body alignment for HEALTH. For years you’ve crammed your feet into enclosed shoes, pushing the bones of the feet together, throwing off the natural balance and body alignment that a young foot has. Foot disorders such as osteo-arthritis, hammertoes, bunions and poor circulation often result. The Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal separates your toes to help you regain mobility and stability, resulting in improved body alignment and posture. And it does this in a healthy and helpful manner. Walking around barefoot or in single-thong sandals or flipflops is NOT the answer. In many cases your toes try to grip the sandal and your gait and balance are compromised. This results in fatigue and muscle ache. Your feet may be unencumbered but you will have no support or way to keep your toes equally spread.
Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals are terrific for YOGA. In Yoga the student must spread the toes to ground the feet. The gentle spacing of the toes by the four thongs gives each of your toes its own “place”. Your toes are spread out for stability and balance, aligning each foot with the ankle, knee and hip for improved posture. And Yoga promotes HEALTH and WELL-BEING for the individual just as the Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal promotes HEALTH and WELL-BEING for the feet!
The Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal was originally developed and patented as the Spread’ems®. Have you ever had a lovely, soothing PEDICURE at a spa or salon and then had to try to clump around in the flimsy disposable spa sandals with paper wound between your toes to keep them separated? Or put on your own one-thong flipflops or sandals or left barefoot, only to have your toes jam together or overlap and smear your lovely polish job? $$ down the drain!
I HAVE PERSONALLY USED the Spread’ems® (now theBeech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal) for pedicures for 5 or 6 years. I am so impressed with them that I decided to promote a “ ” section on the FitFeet Enterprises website. Let me tell you as a personal testimonial that I think this is a truly revolutionary product, just like the Adjust-A-Lift heel lifts, the White Wedges and the SureFoot® Stepper. We are determined to offer you ONLY THE BEST!

So, the Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal is good for your HEALTH, for YOGA and for your PEDICURES. Then can or SHOULD I wear them EVERYDAY? INDEED! First used for pedicures, picked up by yoga instructors and students, now podiatrists, osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists and orthopedic physicians are using them for their patients to improve posture, help relieve hip and back problems and various foot disorders. The Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals can’t be “kicked off” your feet. Your feet do not slide around on the platform and you do not have to squeeze the toes together to keep the sandals on. You have increased stability and decreased fatigue when you wear the Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal around the home and around town!
It may take some time to “get used” to the Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal. Anywhere from 10 minutes to a few days. Remember these are NOT like the flipflops or sandals you are used to. They may feel a bit “clumsy” at first but the increased stability and support you get with the Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandal will quickly make them your footwear of choice, especially around the house or out on errands, at the beach, out for lunch and shopping. Oh, SHOPPING ... you cannot wear anything more comfortable for an afternoon of shopping! You’ll be retraining your toes to provide balance and stability and you’ll receive relief from leg, hip and spinal discomfort. And you’ll still look terrific and stylish!
Do NOT cut the plastic off the thongs! The plastic that surrounds the thongs on the Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals provides that extra spread for the toes that your feet need so badly.
Wear your Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals all year long. If you live in Florida or other warm-weather areas as I do you needn’t worry about “cold feet.” UP NORTH, as we say, wear them indoors during the colder months. You may want to get a pair of “toe socks,” the kind of socks like gloves, to wear with your Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals. Then you aren’t confined to wearing them just indoors except on the coldest, wettest days.
Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals are made from eva, the same material as Birkenstocks. No animal products or testing are used for these sandals yet the tops look and feel like leather.
Beech® Yoga/Pedicure Sandals are available in PINK, BLUE, DENIM (not available at this time—please check back or call us toll-free 877.433.5438) and BLACK.
