The Adjust-A-Lift Family

For over 25 years Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts have provided
welcome relief to many thousands of satisfied patients with
such problems as leg-length discrepancy, low-back or neck pain,
heel spurs, heel burning and other foot or heel problem. Formerly
available only from physicians, physical therapists and other
healthcare professionals Adjust-A-Lifts are now available DIRECTLY
to you without a prescription or office visit.
Each Adjust-A-Lift heel lift is 3/8" (approximately 10
mm) high and composed of three 1/8"layers. These layers
can be easily removed. Remove 1 layer for a ¼" high
lift or remove 2 layers for a 1/8" lift. Layers can be
easily reattached with a good-quality contact cement.
These heel lifts are made of high-quality dense rubber with
a suede top. Some compression is to be expected over time, depending
on a user's height and weight, the amount of time spent on your
feet, surface or terrain, etc. but the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts
are highly durable, comfortable and do not slip inside your
shoe.
Typically orders will be processed and FitFeet Enterprises will send
customers an email within 24 hrs of their order (normal business
days, Mon-Fri) with credit card authorization number and date
of shipment. We endeavor to ship all orders no later than
the next business day.
Orders for Adjust-A-Lift heel lifts, Full Sole Inserts, the White Wedges, and the Kinetic Comfort Heel Pads are shipped by 1st Class US Mail, EXCEPT
orders for 12 or more
which are shipped by Priority Mail (usually 2-3 day delivery).
Requests for orders to be shipped by UPS or FedX Ground will incur
an
additional charge and will actually be sent by FedEx Ground
service. Orders can be sent to your business address.
International orders can be filled and an additional charge
will apply.

varus/valgus wedge with a 4º incline that can be used
for pronation or supination applications and other clinical
problems, such as problems with the medial collateral ligament,
located on the inner side of the knee.

The Full Sole Inserts were developed from the same material
as the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts (dense rubber with a suede
top) but are a uniform 1/8" thick. They may be placed
inside the shoe with a 3/8" Adjust-A-Lift heel lift to
provide a 1/2" lift for leg-length discrepancy or worn
for comfort in both shoes.
- Combine Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts and Full Sole Inserts for
quantity discounts.
- Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts and Full Sole Inserts are sold
by EACH (not pairs)
- Full Sole Inserts are foot-specific (right or left) and
sized by shoe size

KINETIC COMFORT HEEL PADS
 FROM THE ADJUST-A-LIFT FAMILY OF FOOT PRODUCTS
The Kinetic Comfort Heel Pad is designed to be worn as a shock-absorbing insert. The shock force of standing, walking and/or performing any activity such as sports, particularly on hard surfaces, causes a kinetic* chain reaction. This begins with the heel striking the surface and sending the shock waves up through the foot, ankle, lets, all the up through the skeleton. This cumulative repetitive shock can cause discomfort ANYWHERE along the skeletal system, but especially in the lower back, knees, hips and between the shoulders. Symptoms will manifest themselves in the body at the point or points of greatest weakness or imbalance.
The Kinetic Comfort Heel Pads (one for each shoe) absorb and dissipate this shock at the point of impact (the heel) to enhance comfort and help eliminate or prevent pain.
The Kinetic Comfort Heel Pads are sold pre-packaged in PAIRS. Sizes are small, medium and large. The pads are NOT foot-specific.
